摘　　要：根据双色注塑机的成型原理和对模具的要求,介绍了不同颜色的2种塑料的旋钮注射模设计及在模具设计制造时应注意的问题。实践生产证明,该模具结构简单、紧凑,制造方便,使用效果良好。According to the forming principle and the mould requirements of the two-color injection molding machine, the design of injection mould for the knob with two different colors and the key problems in the mould design and manufacture process were presented. The practical production proved that the mould structure was simple and compact, and convenient to manufacture.
