摘  要:针对汽车油桶盖内部有内螺纹及圆盖形状的结构特点,注射成型时需进行内螺纹脱模抽芯,设计了多腔三板式点浇口模具结构。内螺纹的脱模采用管式弹簧斜顶杆推出机构,并设计相应的顶出斜顶杆脱模机构,实现塑件自动脱模和自动化生产需求。内螺纹脱模机构设计合理,工作稳定,可为成型同类塑件的模具设计提供参考。In view of the internal thread inside the automobile oil tank cover and the dome structure, the internal thread need core-pulling demoulding in the injection forming process. For the demand of plastics, a three-plate mould with multi-cavity was designed. The angle pin ejection mechanism with pipe spring was used to achieve internal thread demoulding, and the corresponding angle pin ejection mechanism was designed. It achieved the needs of automatic demoulding and automatic production of the plastics. The structure of the internal thread demoulding mechanism was reasonable and stable, which could provide reference for the mould design of the similar plastics.
