摘  要:介绍了某发动机缸盖快速砂型铸造工艺流程,完成了铸造工艺与模具设计,并利用ProCAST软件对其铸造缺陷进行预测。实际生产证明了缸盖的铸造工艺与模具设计的合理性,铸件内部只存在均匀分散的缩孔、缩松,且孔隙度总体上<10%,铸件成型质量良好。快速砂型铸造具有生产周期短,铸件精度高等优点,适用于新产品的快速制造。The procedure of rapid sand casting for engine cylinder head was presented, and its casting process and die design were completed. The casting defects were predicted by using ProCAST software. The actual production verified that the casting process and the die design of cylinder head were reasonable. There were only uniform shrinkage cavity and dispersed shrinkage, and the totally porosity was less than 10%. The casting quality and precision were good, and the rapid sand casting was suitable for new products.
