摘　　要：以实际生产的圆管铝型材为例,介绍硬质合金在挤压模中的应用,阐述了硬质合金的选择,详述硬质合金的尺寸确定以及硬质合金的镶嵌方法。根据挤压结果,与普通的挤压模相比硬质合金镶嵌挤压模挤压成型质量良好,硬质合金的使用可以提高模具零件的耐磨性,延长模具使用寿命。Taking the actual produced circular pipe Al-profile as an example, the application of cemented carbide inserted in extrusion die was presented. The selection, the size determination and the insert method of the cemented carbide were illustrated in detail. Acording to the extrusion results, the forming quality of parts by using the extrusion die with cemented carbide insert was better than the common extrusion die. The wear resistance of the die parts was improved by using the cemented carbide, and the service life of the die was prolonged.
