摘 要:研究不同质量分数聚氨酯涂层棉织物的性能变化。利用表面涂覆和水相分离原理,制备了几种不同质量分数聚氨酯涂层织物;利用扫描电子显微镜,表征了几种织物的结构形貌;通过水接触角仪和透气、摩擦试验评价了聚氨酯涂层对棉织物疏水性、透气性和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:聚氨酯质量分数由8%提高到16%,织物表面聚氨酯的成膜性逐渐增强,织物与水接触角可达到约109°,织物透气性降低,但耐磨性能显著提高。认为:聚氨酯涂层可以改善棉织物的性能。Property changes for cotton fabric coated with polyurethane of different mass fraction were stud- ied. Using the theory of surface coating and aqueous phase separation, cotton fabrics coated with polyurethane of different mass fractions were prepared. Scanning electron microscope was used to evaluate the structure morphol- ogy of several fabrics. Impact of the hydrophobicity, air permeability and wear resistance of cotton fabric coated with polyurethane were assessed with water contact Angle meter,air permeability test and friction test. The test results show that the film-forming property of polyurethane on the surface of fabric is strengthened when the mass fraction of polyurethane is increased from 8% to 16%. The contact angle between the fabric with water can be up to 109°. The air permeability of fabric is reduced while the wear resistance of it is obviously improved. It is believed that polyurethane coating can improve the properties of cotton fabric.
