摘 要:介绍了一种新型超细粘胶纤维。对该纤维长度、细度、形态结构、拉伸性、防静电性及吸湿放湿等基本性能进行测试分析。结果表明:与普通粘胶纤维对比,超细粘胶纤维的初始模量较小,回潮率大,具有较好的吸湿性,卷曲率较小,质量比电阻较小。认为:超细粘胶纤维服用性能优良,可与棉纤维进行混纺开发贴身衣物。A new type of superfine viscose fiber was introduced. Its basic properties were tested and analyzed including length, fineness, morphological structure, tensile strength, anti-static and moisture absorption ~ desorp- tion property. The results show that compared with common viscose fiber, superfine viscose fiber have smaller ini- tial modulus,higher moisture regain, better moisture absorption, smaller crimp ratio and mass specific resistance. It is considered that wearability of superfine viscose fiber is better. It can be blended with cotton fiber to develop underwear clothing.
