摘 要:探讨间位芳纶/蜜胺纤维/有机导电纤维50/48/2 18.5tex双股纱的生产工艺措施。通过原料预处理初步改善纤维混和均匀度和可纺性;在保证棉卷含水率的前提下,优选梳理针布、优化梳棉工艺参数;保证并条通道光洁,调整好粗纱的握持力;通过细纱捻度的优化试验、钢领钢丝圈的选配和合理的热定形工艺,成功纺制出间位芳纶/蜜胺纤维/有机导电纤维50/48/2 18.5tex双股纱。认为:蜜胺纤维混纺纱可以满足阻燃防护服纱线使用要求。Production technology measures of m-aramid fiber/melamine fiber/organic conductive fiber 50/48/2 18.5 tex ply were discussed. Raw material was pretreated to improve fiber blending uniformity and spin- nability. In the premise of certain cotton lap moisture content, card clothing and carding technology parameters were optimized. Drawing channel smoothness should be ensured and gripping force of roving should be adjusted. With optimizing spun yarn twist, matching ring and ring traveler, reasonably selecting heat-setting technology, m- aramid fiber/melamine fiber/organic conductive fiber 50/48/2 18.5 tex ply were successfully spun. It is consid- ered that melamine fiber blended yarn is able to meet the needs of flame retardant protective clothing yarn.
