色织纬起绒织物的设计要点

摘　　要：总结三种色织纬起绒织物的设计要点。以纬起绒组织为基础组织,加入平纹、经重平、表里换层等组织,将不同颜色的纱线配合使用;采用局部割绒,以形成花式灯芯绒的立体效果;以三种织物为例,介绍了每种织物的设计要点和试织过程。认为:色织纬起绒织物应用到服用织物、装饰用织物的新品设计中可以丰富产品外观、增加产品附加值等。Design points of three yarn dyed weft pile fabrics were summarized. Weft pile weave was used as basic weave,plain weave, warp rib and surface and inner layer exchange were added. Different color yarns were used cooperatively. Partial cut pile was adopted to get the stereoscopic effect of fancy corduroy. Taking three fab- rics as examples, design points and trial-weaving of each fabric were introduced. It is considered that yarn-dyed weft pile fabric is applied to the clothing and decorative fabric can enrich product appearance, increase the product added value and so on.
