政治属性与服务意识:中国土司研究不应回避的取向

摘　　要：中国土司制度与土司文化及西南等地土司政治与土司文化遗产具有鲜明的政治属性,日渐得到学界的关注和重视。土司研究基本形成相对完整的学术架构,成果不断增多,在专学化发展过程中,社会影响不断扩大,国际化趋势明显。因此,中国土司研究不应回避政治属性和服务意识,专家学者在强化中国国家认同、中华民族与中华文化认同及推进制度创新与完善国家治理体系能力的当下,研究中国土司制度与土司文化及西南等地土司政治,利用历史积淀的制度文明,推进制度创新,建构和完善国家治理体系与能力,为促进民族地区发展和深化土司文化遗产保护利用,解决我国国家统一、边疆稳定、经济发展、民族团结、社会和谐和文化繁荣等重大理论与实践问题提供学理支持和历史镜鉴。The chieftain system and its culture of China and the chieftain politics and its cultural heritage in Southwest have great clear political attribute that draw much concern of academic field recently. The chieftain study has basically formed a whole academic framework, and obtained plentiful achievements. In the process of academic specialization , the internationalization trend is becoming evident with distensible social impact. For this reason, it is unavoidable to face with the fact of its political attribute and service awareness. Under the background of strengthening Chinese national identification, Chinese culture identification by experts and impelling institutional innovation and perfecting national governance ability , the study should use historically inherited system civilization to advance institutional innovation and construct the national governing ability and to provide theoretical support for promoting the development of minority areas and deepen the protection of chieftain cultural heritage so as to solve the problem of national unity, borderland stabilization, economics development, society harmony and cuhure prosperity.
