上海银行业与抗战前的陕西棉业——以棉花产销合作贷款为中心的考察

摘　　要：抗战前数年间,在开发西北和救济农村金融的背景下,上海银行业在陕西开展了以棉花产销合作社为主要对象、以棉花产销合作贷款为中心业务的农贷活动。其中,既有个别银行的单独活动,也有多家银行联合组成银行团共同放款的集体活动。上海银行业的棉花产销合作贷款,为陕西棉花生产运销事业提供了一定数量的低利资金支持,对于促进陕西棉花提高产量,改进品质,以及增加棉农经济收入等,发挥了积极作用,并影响和改变了陕西棉花的销售模式。Several years before the anti-Japanese War, Shanghai Banking launched an agricultural loan program for cotton co-ops in Shaanxi centered on cotton production and marketing cooperation. There were both independent loan by individual bank and syndicated loan by several banks collectively. The Loan for cotton production and marketing provided by Shanghai Banking, supported the cotton industry with low-interest funding in Shaanxi. As well, it played an active role in both promoting the cotton output, improving cotton quality and increasing income of cotton planter. Further, this mode made the sales model of cotton better in Shaanxi.
