摘　　要："十三五"时期是我国全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,民族地区能否同步实现全面小康,关系到我国全面建成小康社会的成败。因此,作为我国西部重要的生态屏障区和全面小康实现的短板区域,四川民族地区全面小康建设进展怎样,如何评价全面小康社会的实现程度,本研究进行了深入探讨。The period of the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ is the decisive stage of China＇s construction of all-round well-off society. Whether the ethnic areas can or not simultaneously achieve all-round well-off society are related to the success of our country＇s comprehensive well-off society. Therefore, as an important ecological barrier area in western China and the short-board area to achieve all-round well-off society, what about the progress of building all-round well-off society in Sichuan ethnic minority areas, and how to evaluate the degree of all-round well-off society, this study conducted in-depth discussion.
