摘　　要：在阐述设立科技计划项目管理专业机构背景和意义的基础上,分析了科技计划项目管理专业机构的现状,探讨了科技计划项目管理专业机构的发展趋势和建议。On the basis of the expounding background and significance about setting up the science and technology plan project management professional institutions, this paper analyzes the present condition of science and technology plan project management professional institutions, probes into the development trend and the suggestion of the science and technology plan project management professional institutions.
