摘 要:针对常规低浓度瓦斯发电项目规模小、流程相对简单,项目的信息管理仅局限于底层面向过程对象控制的特点,结合低浓度瓦斯发电工艺,以计算机技术为基础、网络架构为支撑,对瓦斯发电管理系统网络架构、软件硬件组成等进行了设计与分析,建立了核心数据库,对生产过程中各类信息资源进行有序管理和共享,达到降低设备故障率、减少设备维护成本、规范日常作业流程,有效管理和维护核心设备的目的,形成的模块化架构能有效满足生产使用单位各岗位、各层级用户的管理需求。Aiming at the characteristics of the low-concentration gas power generation project in small scale, relatively simple process, the project information management being limited to the bottom-oriented process and object control, the network architecture and the software and hardware composition of the management information system were designed and analyzed according to the technology of low-concentration gas power generation and by taking the computer technology as the base and the network architecture as the support, the core database was established, various types of information resources in the production process were shared and orderly managed, the objectives of reducing the equipment failure rate, decreasing the equipment maintenance costs, standardizing the daily operation process and effectively managing and maintaining the core equipment were achieved, the formed modular architecture can effectively meet the management requirements of each position of the production units and the users at different levels.
