摘  要:以支架精密注塑件为载体,分析了塑件的平面度公差要求与塑件结构的特征。根据塑件脱模时的受力分析,采用动定模双向推出机构,使支架塑件不受双向拉力;同时应用模拟分析软件进行辅助设计,合理设置了浇口位置与浇注系统形式,保证了支架塑件高平面度公差精度的要求,实现了精密注塑件高精度、高效率的批量生产,取得了良好的应用效果。Based on the precision injection parts, the requirements of flatness tolerance and the structure of plastic parts were analyzed. According to the stress analysis of the plastic parts, the dynamic model was used to release the mechanism, so that the plastic parts of the support were not affected by the two-way tension. At the same time, the simulation analysis software was used to assist the design, and the gate position and the gating system were set up, which ensure the high precision of the plastic parts of the bracket. The high precision and high efficiency batch production of precision injection parts was realized, and good application effect was achieved.
