摘  要:通过对某电动车电池盒护盖两塑件的结构特点和使用要求的分析,设计了一套1模2腔的注塑模具,重点介绍了模具浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、冷却系统、推出机构、排气系统等设计要点。模具采用搭接式扇形浇口进浇、斜导柱内侧抽芯机构、冷却水道结合隔水板进行冷却、直推块推出。实践证明,该模具结构设计合理、运行可靠,生产的塑件满足使用要求。Through analyzing the structure characteristics and using requirements of battery box cover of electric motorcycle, an injection mould with 1 mould and 2 cavities was designed. The design points of the mould pouring system, the side core pulling mechanism, the cooling system, the pushing mechanism and the exhaust system were introduced. The die was made of the overlapping fan-shaped gate, the inner core pulling mechanism of the oblique guide column, the cooling water channel and the water baffle plate. Practice has proved that the mold structure design is reasonable, the operation is relible, and the production of plastic parts meet the requirements.
