摘　　要：以高速列车头灯箱体为例,简述了结构复杂的薄壁、多筋高性能铝合金铸件采用半固态流变压铸成形技术进行生产的实践,为高性能薄壁多筋类压铸件生产提供参考或解决问题的思路.Taking high speed train headlamp housing an example, a practice that intricate thin-walled and multi-fibbed high-performance aluminum castings were produced by a semi-solid rheological die casting technology was briefly introduced, to give a reference to production of high-performance thin-walled and multi-ribbed Castings or to provide a thinking of removing the problem.
