摘  要:灰铸铁缸盖是汽车发动机中的重要铸件.由于缸盖属于薄壁铸件,且对它的强度要求越来越高,所以其残余应力的控制越来越困难.大多数铸造厂都是在缸盖铸件落砂后再进行除应力退火处理,不仅生产成本高,而且生产周期长.为此,在生产某型高强度缸盖时,采用型内退火代替传统的退火工艺消除缸盖铸件的内应力,结果,所生产的铸件的残余应力小于经传统工艺退火的缸盖铸件.Gray iron cylinder head is a important castings of automobile engine. As most of the cylinder heads are thin-wall castings, and the strength requirements for them become more and more high, it will become more and more difficult to control residual stresses in the cast cylinder head. In actual production of the bulk of foundries the cylinder head castings are subjected to internal stress relieving after knockout, which is an expensive and time-consuming practice. For this reason, a mould stress relieving process instead of traditional one is used in producing the cylinder head castings with the result that the produced cylinder head castings have less internal stress as compared with the cylinder head castings subjected to common stress relieving
