摘 要:目的:建立高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠模型,研究金芪降糖胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠降脂保肝作用的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠饲腹腔注射维生素D3注射液60万U·kg-1,同时给予高脂饲料喂养,建立高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠模型,连续给药12周,检测血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果:金芪降糖胶囊各剂量组及阳性对照组大鼠TC、TG和LDL-c与模型组相比均显著性降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),金芪降糖胶囊各剂量组组HDL-c与模型组比较显著升高(P<0.05);金芪降糖胶囊能有效的抑制肝损伤导致的血清酶ALT、AST、MDA水平的升高,同时提高血清酶SOD活力,与模型组比有差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:金芪降糖胶囊可有效改善高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠糖脂代谢异常,并对肝损伤有明显的抑制作用。Objective: Establishing hyperlipidemia fatty liver rats model, to study lipid-lowering protect liver func- tion effection of Jinqi Jiangtang capsule. Methods: Wistar rats were injected with Vitamin D3 600000 U-kg-l, mean while fed with high-fat diet to establish hyperlipidemia fatty liver rats model and 12 weeks of continuous administra- tion. The serum triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL-c), low density lipoprotein(LDL- c), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), malondialdehyde(MDA), and superoxide dismutase(SOD)level were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, TC, TG and LDL-c of each Jinqi Jiang- tang Capsule dose group decreased significantly(P〈0.05, P〈0.01), and the levels of HDL-C in each Jinqi Jiangtang Capsule dose group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Jinqi Jiangtang Capsule could effectively inhibit the increase of ALT, AST and MDA in liver serum and the activity of SOD in serum, and increase the activity of serum SOD in model group than that in model group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Jinqi Jiangtang Capsule could ef- fectively ameliorate the abnormality of glucose and lipid metabolism in fatty liver of hyperlipidemia rats, and had obvi- ous inhibitory effect on liver injury. Conclusion: Jinqi Jiangtang Capsule can effectively ameliorate the abnormality of glucose and lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia fatty liver rats, and have obvious inhibitory effect on liver injury.
