益气养阴活血法对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴活血中药复方丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病血管病变患者内皮型一氧化氮合酶(e NOS)、内皮素转换酶(ECE)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响,探讨丹蛭降糖胶囊保护血管内皮功能的作用机制。方法:将60例2型糖尿病患者采用随机、平行对照法,分对照组30例,治疗组30例,2组均给予常规降糖治疗,治疗组加用具益气养阴活血功效的中药丹蛭降糖胶囊,每次5粒,每日3次,疗程24周,观察治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(e NOS)、内皮素转换酶(ECE)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:治疗后治疗组e NOS、ECE、Hcy改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹蛭降糖胶囊能有效保护T2DM血管内皮功能,防治糖尿病血管病变。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Hnoxue Chinese herbal compound Danzhijiangtang Capsule on vascular disease in type 2 diabetes patients with endothelial nitric oxide synthase （ eNOS ） and endothelin converting enzyme （ ECE ）, homocysteine （ Hey ） effect, to explore the mechanism of Danzhijiangtang Capsule for pro- tecting vascular endothelial flmction. Methods： 60 patients with type 2 diabetes by using randomized, parallel-group, points and the control group 30 cases, 30 cases of treatment group were given routine hypoglycemic treatment in both groups, the treatment group and appliance qi and activating blood efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Dan vermic- ulite hypoglycemic capsule, five at a time, three times a day, 24 weeks treatment, were observed before and after treat- ment of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, endothelial nitric oxide synthase （ eNOS ）and endothelin converting enzyme （ ECE ） and homocysteine （ Hcy ） levels. Results： after treatment, eNOS, ECE and Hcy in the treat- ment group were better than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： danzhi Jiangtang Capsule can effectively protect T2DM vascular endothelial function, prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular disease.
