34例0级糖尿病足艾灸的效果观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:观察使用艾盒灸对于0级糖尿病足患者的干预临床效果。方法:采用现代单孔艾灸盒及六孔艾灸盒对34例0级糖尿病足患者交替灸足三里穴、涌泉穴、三阴交穴、神阙等穴位,每日艾灸4到6个穴,每个穴位施灸15~25min,每日1次,一般8~10d为1个疗程。艾灸操作前及后借助英国糖尿病足部症状评分表进行评分以及予疼痛(VRS)评分并作前后评分比较。结果:艾灸后糖尿病患者疼痛减轻,足部不适症状缓解,疾病疗效好,患者满意度高。结论 :使用现代艾盒灸交替施灸足三里穴、三阴穴交、神阙穴等对0级糖尿病足具有良好的临床干预效果。Objective： To observe the effect of Ai box moxibustion （single hole, six holes） alternating moxibustion Zusanli, Yongquan, Shenque and other points for the 0 level of diabetic patients in the clinical effect of intervention. Methods： The modern single hole moxibustion box and six hole moxibustion box on 34 cases of 0 patients with dia- betic foot moxibustion Zusanli, Yongquan, Sanyinjiao, Shenque and other points, the daily moxibustion 4 to 6 points , Each point of moxibustion 15 - 25min, 1 day, usually 8 - 10d for a course of treatment. Moxibustion before and after the treatment, evaluate the score accroding to the British diabetic foot symptom score table and VRS score table for the score. Results： moxibustion can reduce the pain of patients with diabetes, and can alleviate the symptoms of foot dis- comfort, has a good therapeutic effect. Patients＇ satisfaction is high. Conclusion： Modern moxibustion box alternately moxibustion Zusanli, Sanyin, Shenque has a good clinical intervention effect on patients with diabetic foot of 0 stage, can help improve the clinical symptoms of patients to held imorove clinical efficacv and natient satisfaction degree.
