摘　　要：随着全球经济的快速发展与推进,环境保护、可持续发展和人类健康也逐渐引起各国政府的重视,基于自身利益的考量,世界各国相继出台保护环境的政策法规和技术性贸易标准,间接设置起绿色壁垒,影响自由贸易。世界各国的经济基础、技术水平和环保理念等方面存在着差距,绿色壁垒的出台,无疑对发展中国家来说,是不公平、不合理的。本文针对国际贸易中日益凸显的战略性绿色壁垒,引入博弈分析的方法,探讨绿色壁垒产生的原因及其对各国对外贸易的启示。With the rapid development and promotion of global economy,the environmental protection,sustain- able development and human health have gradually been focused on the attention from governments around the world. Considering on their own interests.the countries have gradually made the policy regulations and technical standards to protect the environment,to set up the green barriers indirectly,and having effects on the free trade. There is a gap between the global countries from the economic base, the technical level and the environmental protection concept. Undoubtedly,the measure of green barrier is unfair and unreasonable for the developing countries.The paper is aimed at the prominent strategic green barrier increasingly in international trade with the The Game Analysis,To analyze the causes of green barriers and Its Enlightenments to foreign countries for international trade.
