摘  要:脑卒中以缺血性脑卒中最为多见,脑血管阻塞,导致脑组织损伤继而引起神经功能障碍是其发生的主要原因。脑卒中是导致人类残疾甚至死亡的主要原因之一,严重威胁着人类健康,而其治疗却仍然是一个难题。为了研究脑卒中的发病机制,更好地预防和治疗脑卒中,建立合适的动物模型至关重要。然而,随着科学技术的更新,传统脑缺血模型的局限性日益凸显,多种新型脑缺血模型如原位注射凝血酶、局部应用FeCl_3模型应运而生。文中就目前脑缺血动物模型的适用范围、优缺点进行综述。Cerebral ischemic is a main causation of stroke, which damages the brain tissue and finally leads to the malfunction of patient's nervous system. As one of the primary causes of people disability,stroke seriously threatens people's health, and there is still no effective treatment by now. To establish fitting animal models is important. The limitations of traditional cerebral ischemic animal models become obvious. Several promising new cerebral ischemic animal models have been developed, such as thrombin injection in situ and topical application of ferric chloride. The current animal models' indication, superiorities and drawbacks were summarized.
