针灸治疗女性单纯性肥胖随机临床试验的meta分析

摘　　要：目的采用meta分析系统评价针灸与假针灸治疗女性单纯性肥胖的临床疗效差异。方法全面检索针灸与假针灸治疗女性单纯性肥胖的随机对照试验文献,入选合格的文献并进行质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入6项随机对照试验;针灸组治疗前与治疗后的体重差值明显高于对照组(MD=1.40 kg,95%CI=0.50~2.30,P=0.002),针灸组治疗前与治疗后的腰围差值明显高于对照组(MD=1.20 cm,95%CI=0.17~2.23,P=0.02),针灸组治疗前与治疗后的体质指数(BMI)差值与对照组的差异无统计学意义(MD=0.83 kg/m^2,95%CI=-0.51~2.17,P=0.22),针灸组治疗前与治疗后的臀围差值明显高于对照组(MD=0.90 cm,95%CI=0.88~0.93,P<0.01)。结论针灸对治疗女性肥胖具有良好效果。[Objectivel To assess the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and sham acupuncture treatment for simple obesity among women. [Methods] Comprehensive search for randomized control trials of acupuncture and sham acupuncture treatment for simple obesity among women was conducted,the qualified documents were selected for quality evaluation,and RevMan 5.2 software was employed for Meta-analysis. [ Results] Six randomized controlled trials were selected. The body weight difference of acupuncture group before and after treatment was significantly higher than the control＇s （MD=I.40 kg,95% CI=0.50-2.30, P=0.002）. The difference of waist circumference of acupuncture group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control （MD=1.20 cm,95% CI=0.17-2.23,P=0.02）; The difference of BMI of acupuncture group before and after treatment was not significantly higher than that of the control（MD=0.83 kg/m^2, 95% CI=-0.51-2.17,P=0.22）. The difference of hip circumference of acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the control （MD=0.90 cm,95% CI=0.88-0.93,P〈0.01 ）. [Conclusion] The treatment of acupuncture for female obesity shows a good effect.
