摘　　要：目的:为合并肾功能不全和高尿酸血症(HUA)的癌症患者的治疗提供方法与依据,并探讨临床药师的工作意义。方法:通过参与1例宫颈癌合并肾功能不全和HUA患者的药物治疗,协助医生选择适宜治疗药物与剂量,并进行药学监护。结果:经过护肾、降尿酸等对症支持治疗,患者尿酸、肾功能逐渐恢复正常,顺利完成了化疗,未出现不良反应。结论:临床药师参与患者个体化治疗方案制定,可为医生、患者提供安全有效的药物治疗,减少不良事件发生。Objective： To provide the methods and evidence for the treatment of patients with renal insufficiency and hyperurice- mia, and explore the key points of work for clinical pharmacists. Methods： By participating in the treatment of one case of cervical cancer complicated with renal insufficiency and hyperuricemia, clinical pharmacist helped physician choose appropriate drugs and dos- age, and monitored the patient with pharmaceutical care. Results： After the treatment, the blood uric acid decreased and renal func- tion returned to normal, and the chemotherapy was completed successfully without obvious side effects. Conclusion： Clinical pharma- cists participating in making individual therapeutic scheme can provide safe and effective medication care for patients and reduce ad- verse reactions.
