摘 要:目的分析煤直接液化残渣(Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue,DCLR)中四氢呋喃可溶物(Tetrahydrofuran Soluble,THFS)作为改性剂对沥青感温性能的影响.方法采用SK-90沥青作为基质沥青,分别制备不同掺量的THFS改性沥青(与基质沥青质量比为0,4%,6%,8%,10%),测试THFS改性沥青的各项感温性能,分别计算针入度指数PI、针入度黏度指数PVN、黏温指数VTS、复数模量指数GTS和蠕变劲度指数STS_S,评价THFS对沥青感温性能的影响.结果与基质沥青相比,THFS的加入改善了沥青的感温性,且随着THFS掺量的增加,THFS改性沥青的PI、PVN值均增大,VTS、GTS、STS_S值均减小,说明THFS的掺量越高,THFS改性沥青感温性能越好.结论THFS改性沥青的感温性能更为优越,综合THFS改性沥青的各项性能,推荐THFS掺量为6%~8%.To analyze the temperature susceptibility of THFS ( tetrahydrofuran soluble ), extracted from DCLR( direct coal liquefaction residue), modified asphalt binder, the THFS modified asphalt binders that have the 0,4% ,6% ,8% and 10% THFS content by weight of SK -90 are prepared respectively. The properties of the THFS modified asphalt binders are tested. The temperature sus- ceptibility indexes, such as PI, PVN, VTS, GTS and STSs, are calculated. The test results indicate that the PI, PVN value increases and the VTS, GTS, STSs value declines with the THFS content increases, which indicate the THFS modified asphalt binder is less sensitivity to temperature due to the addition of THFS. The temperature susceptibility is better with higher THFS content. In addition ,the optimal THFS content is recommended for 6% - 8% according to the whole properties.
