摘  要:目的研究不同的填料对厌氧氨氧化装置启动的影响,选出最有利于厌氧氨氧化反应启动的填料,解决厌氧氨氧化装置启动时间过长的问题.方法取三套生物反应器厌氧氨氧化装置,分别填入弹性填料、火山岩、陶粒3种不同填料,均接种沈阳某污水厂二沉池污泥,自配模拟废水,装置水体温度为(35±1)℃,调节pH值为7.8~8.2.结果经150 d的运行调试,三套厌氧氨氧化装置均启动成功.其中弹性填料装置经过149 d的运行,NH_4^+-N与NO_2^--N的去除率均达到91%和90%;火山岩填料装置经129 d的运行,NH_4^+-N与NO_2^--N的去除率达到96%和97%;陶粒填料装置经过135 d的运行,NH_4^+-N与NO_2^--N的去除率达到93%和94%.结论火山岩和陶粒两种填料与弹性填料相比,具有装置启动时间较短,去除率相对高等优势.The effects of different fillers on the start-up of ANAMMOX progress were investigated. The filler which is most advantageous for the start-up of ANAMMOX is preferredtosetup- theANAMMOX progress quickly. Three sets of biological reactor-ANAMMOX devicesfilled with elastic fillers, volcanic rocks, and ceramsite, are inoculated with the secondary sludge of Shenyang sewage treatment plant. The influentis synthetic wastewater. The temperature of water system is (35 ± 1 )℃. pH is 7.8 - 8.2. After 150 days of operation and debugging ,three sets start successfully. After 149 days of operation, the NH4^+ - N and NO2 - N removal rates of the device filled with elastic filler reached 91% and 90% ;After 129 days of operation, the NH4^+ -N and NO2 ^--N removal rates of the device filled with volcanic rocks reached 96% and 97% ;After 135 days of operation,the NH4^+ - N and NO2 ^-- N removal rates of the device filled with cerarnsite reached 93% and 94%. The results show that the devices filled with volcanic rocks and ceramic have shorter start-up time and the removal rates are higherthanthatofwith elastic filler.
