摘　　要：胰腺炎是犬、猫常见的消化系统疾病之一,多数情况下不能自愈,一旦发病往往病情不断加重,不仅累及胰腺原发病灶,而且常引起远离胰腺的组织的损害,甚至发生多脏器的衰竭。笔者就临床上诊治的一例犬胰腺炎继发腹水的发病情况、治疗等进行总结,以期对犬胰腺炎的诊治提供帮助。Pancreatitis is one of the most common digestive diseases in dogs and cats and can not be self healing in many cases. Once the disease is exacerbated,it not only involves the primary lesion of the pancreas,but also damages the tissues far away from the pancreas,even causes multiple organs failure. Therefore,a clinical diagnosis and treatment of a canine pancreatitis which developed by secondary ascites was summarized in the paper,with a view to provide more assistance in the diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis.
