高原环境下脑血管急症的院前抢救体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨高原环境下脑血管急症的院前抢救效果。方法:本文收集我院2015年7月-2016年8月期间收治的脑血管急症患者204例做对比研究,其中113例实施院前抢救送至医院救治的患者作为观察组,而其余91例均未实施院前抢救,被直接送至医院救治,将其作为对照组,对比分析两组研究患者的抢救效果,探讨院前抢救的重要性。结果:观察组好转率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组恶化率对比无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中好转组患者平均获取救治时间显著低于恶化组和死亡组(P<0.05),而恶化组平均获取救治时间低于死亡组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上针对高原环境下的脑血管急症患者,争取时间为患者实施抢救措施,对改善患者疾病预后情况,提升生存率具有十分重要的意义。A Objective： To investigate the effect of pre hospital emergency treatment on cerebral vascular emergency in high altitude environment. Methods： We collected in our hospital during July 2015 -2016 in patients with cerebral vascular disease during August treated 204 cases were analyzed, including 113 cases of patients with the implementation of pre hospital rescue sent to hospital for treatment as the observation group, while the remaining 91 cases were not the implementation ofpre hospital rescue, is directly sent to the hospital for treatment, the control group, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with the rescue effect, discuss the importance of pre hospital rescue. Results： The observation group improvement rate was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, two deterioration rate comparison showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）, the ob- servation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; in the observation group improved group patients was significantly lower than the average acquisition time of treatment deterioration group and death group （P〈0.05）, and the average treatment gets worse group time is lower than the death group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is very important to improve the survival rate of patients with acute cerebral vascular disease in the plateau environment, to gain time to carry out rescue measures and to improve the prognosis of patients with disease.
