氨溴索联合持续气道正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析研讨氨溴索联合持续气道正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床状况。方法:采用随机抽签方式,从我院2013年5月至2016年6月期间收治的385例患者列入到讨论范围中,所入选385例患者按入院顺序分两组,即192例对照组,193例研究组,对照组接受持续气道正压通气治疗,研究组接受氨溴索联合持续气道正压通气进行治疗,将两组治疗情况纳入到对比研讨中。结果:对比两组患儿氧疗时间、机械通气时间、NCPAP时间、病死率、住院费用等状况,研究组比对照组优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比机械通气使用率,组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比两组患儿治疗中12h、24h、48h、72h时OI指数状况,研究组比对照组优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征疾病可考虑采用氨溴索联合持续气道正压通气方式进行治疗,疗效好,各指数得到明显性改善,存在较高推广应用价值。Objective： To study ambroxol combined with continuous positive airway pressure in clinical treatment of respi- ratory distress syndrome of newborn. Methods： By random draw, from 385 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were included in the discussion scope, the selected 385 patients were randomly divided in two groups, 192 cases in the control group, group of 193 cases, the control group received continuous positive airway pressure therapy, the study group received Ambroxol combined continuous positive airway pressure therapy, in the treatment of two groups of comparative study. Results： The two groups were compared the duration of oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation time, NCPAP time, mortality, hospitalization expenses and other conditions, the study group better than the control group, there was statistical significance between groups of data （P〈0.05）; compared with the use of mechanical ventilation rate between the groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） data. Compared with the two groups of children in the treatment of 12h, 24h, 48h, OI, 72h index status, the study group than the control group, the data between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome disease can be considered by ambroxol combined with CPAP for treatment, the curative effect is good, the index has been markedly improved, has higher application value.
