摘　　要：在世界大潮流的推动下,中国资本市场逐渐建立并不断得以发展完善。中国的资本市场是年轻充满活力的,其中的内容和形式也是多种多样的。民间金融作为中国资本市场的一个重要组成部分,发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。中国的民间金融是符合中国经济建设发展体制的一种强有力的措施,民间金融所面对的资本市场是具有中国特色的,所以他们的方式也同样具有中国特色,给世界展现出独特且优秀的经济发展方式。Driven by the world trend, the capital market in China has come to be established and improved. This market is young and dynamic, with a great variety of capital forms and contents. As an important part of China＇s capital market, non-government finance has played an indispensable role. It conforms to China＇s economic construction system and faces the needs of the capital market with Chinese characteristics, therefore it also has strong Chinese characteristics, presenting a unique and excellent economic development mode.
