摘　　要：在Becker时间配置模型基础上,构建农村居民在城镇化进程中的行为决策模型,农村入口时间资源分配在农村活动、城市活动、教育活动和闲暇上,根据福利水平最大化的基本原则,分析农村人口城市化决策中影响因素.解释了农村人口城镇化和逆城镇化现象,发现城乡差异、教育影响、时间间接成本等因素是影响人们时间效率的主要因素,为提高全民福利水平,政府的农村政策应以增加农民收入为主,城市政策集中于城市基础设施和公共服务布局合理性方面.Based on Becker＇s time allocation model,the article constructs residents＇ behavior decision model in the process of urbanization. The rural populations allocate their time resources in rural areas,urban activities,educational activities and leisure activities. Under the condition of maximizing the social welfare,the model analyzes the influencing factors of individual decision making. This paper explains the phenomenon of rural population urbanization and reverses Urbanization.Urban and rural differences, educational impact,indirect cost of time and other factors are the main factors that influence the time efficiency of people. In order to improve the welfare level of the whole,the government＇s rural policy should be aimed to increasing farmers＇ income mainly, and urban policy should focus on rational distribution of urban infrastructure and public services.
