摘　　要：空间科技作为前沿性、创新性、挑战性、引领性极强的战略科技领域,将在国家创新驱动发展的进程中发挥越来越重要的作用.环境模拟实验室作为空间科技保障的核心,为航天器的整套任务过程中需要经历的地面环境、力学环境、空间环境等各个环节的考验进行环境模拟试验,在航天器发射前检测其可靠性,是每个航天器所必需的重要环节,而环境模拟实验室能力评判的关键则是实验室的质量体系.质量体系是实验室开展工作的基础,是国家认证认可监督管理委员会考核实验室能力的重要指标,是衡量实验室水平高低的关键性依据.本文是通过研究国内外实验室质量体系评价的现状,发现实验室质量体系评价的问题,进而以L环境模拟实验室为依据,构建L环境模拟实验室质量体系评价指标,运用因子分析的方法建立L环境模拟实验室质量体系评价模型,从而对实验室的质量体系进行评价.运用此模型,可以进行行业内的实验室间的比对,在行业内对自身实验室进行定位,比较了解自身实验室的优势与不足,从而进行改进以提高实验室的整体能力.也可以对实验室的各个环节进行评价,发现不足,及时弥补,为空间科技提供强有力的质量保障.Space technology as a cutting-edge, innovation, challenging and strong leading strategic science ＆ technology area will play an increasing important role in process of development in national innovation. As the core of space science and technology assurance, environmental simulation laboratory provides the whole set of simulation test for spacecraft which contains ground environment, mechanical environment, space environment etc.Inspect reliability before launch is a crucial part for every spacecraft. The key of evaluate environment simulation laboratory is quality system. It is the basis of laboratory work. And it is the impor- tant indicator for national authorized supervisory commission to evaluate laboratory ability. Also it is the key basis to measure the level of the lab. Through studying the current domestic and international situation of the assessment of environmental simulation laboratory quality system, this paperfinds existing issues, and then using L environmental simulation laboratory as foundation, builds L lab＇s quality assessment system index. With factor analysis as method establish the evaluation model of the quality system for environment simulation laboratory, this paper conducts the assessment. This model could be used to compares laboratories in the same industry, also to understand one＇s position in this industry, to comprehend lab＇s advantages and limitations. Itcould improve the overall ability of the laboratory. Meanwhile, it can also evaluate each link of the lab, and find the deficiencies so that could remedy in time. Besides, it helps environmental simulation laboratory fit the need in the same time provides strong quality secure for current space science and technology development.
