摘 要:在2005-2014的数据基础上,利用熵值法和DEA法对山西省进行了农业循环经济发展水平评价和效率分析.熵值法和DEA法的结合摆脱了以往多指标赋权的人为主观赋值的不足,能够全面考虑总体评价和效率评价.结果显示:2005-2014山西省农业循环经济发展水平不断提高,并且经济与社会发展子系统对农业循环经济发展的促进程度最明显,资源减量子系统的促进程度次之,而资源循环再利用子系统和资源环境安全子系统的贡献有限.除此以外,分析得出山西省农业循环经济发展效率不足,制约其发展的障碍因素主要是资源循环再利用子系统和资源环境安全子系统,障碍度分别是28.96%、18.17%.最后提出了建议和对策.The entropy value method combined with DEA evaluation method is used to evaluate the agricultural recycling economy development from 2005 to 2014 in Shanxi. By combining the entropy value method and subjective assignment for more weighting DEA, the authors overcome the disadvantages of and take full account of comprehensive evaluation and efficiency analysis. The results show that, development level Evaluation of Agricultural Recycling Economy in Shanxi Province shows a rising trend from 2005 to 2014.Among all the factors promoting the development of agricultural recycling economy in Shanxi province, the economic and social development factors is most important, and the resources input reduction is also obvious, while the effect of circulatory use of resources and resources and environment safety is limited. In addition, the efficiency of agricultural circular economy development level is low. The main factors restricting development of agricultural recycling economy in Shanxi province is circulatory use of resources and resources and environment safety, obstacle degree is 28.96% and 18.17%. Finally, the authors give the suggestions and countermeasures.
