摘  要:为提高现有阻化剂的阻化效果,根据阻化剂在防治煤自燃方面的特点及要求,确定了由水、基料、填料及助剂经加热配制而成的新型复合阻化剂.该阻化剂的基料采用高分子物质,填料采用质量比10:4:1的Ca Cl2、Mg Cl2、Na Cl卤盐复合物,助剂包括速凝剂、表面活性剂、增稠剂.研究结果表明:与现有常用的阻化剂相比,该阻化剂具有阻化效率高、稳定性好、凝固时间短、抵抗风化氧化强等特性.通过现场应用表明该阻化剂可有效防治煤自燃.In order to improve the effect of the existing inhibitor, a new type of composite inhibitor made from water, base stock, filler and additives is formed according to the characteristics and requirements of the inhibitor of prevention of coal spontaneous combustion. The base material of the inhibitor is polymer material. The filler is the halide salt complex of CaCl2, MgCl2 and NaCl with quality ratio of 10:4:1. The additives include accelerator agent, surface active agent and thickening agent. Compared with the common inhibitors, it's more efficient and stable, stronger in weathering and oxidation, and shorter in solidification etc. The field application shows that the polymer inhibitor agent can effectively prevent coal from spontaneous combustion.
