摘　　要：目的观察大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤疗效及护理对策。方法选取2011年5月至2016年5月间天坛医院收治的50例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者。采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。两组均采用大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组患者给予针对性护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.0%,对照组为88.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后不良反应发生率为28.0%,显著低于对照组的64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量甲氨蝶呤是治疗原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的有效药物,采用针对性护理干预可有效强化治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the efficacy and high-dose of methotrexate in the treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma and to explore effective nursing strategies. Methods From May 2011 to May 2016, 50 patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma treated at Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected. Patients were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table with 25 patients in each group. All the patients were given high dose of methopterin. Patients in the observation group received targeted nursing and those in the control group received conventional nursing. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The overall efficacy rate was 96. 0% for the observation group and 88. 0% for the control group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The complication rate was significantly lower in the observation group （28.0%） than in the control group （ 64.0% ） （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, Conclusion High-dose methotrexate was effective for primary central nervous system lymphoma. Targeted nursing mode can significantly strengthen the efficacy and reduce the incidence of complication rate.
