摘  要:冲击荷载作用下破碎岩石是钻探工程中常用的碎岩方法之一。为了减少坚硬脆性岩层中的钻头磨损和提高冲击碎岩效率,本文针对动载碎岩原理和冲击碎岩效果,开展了其理论模型公式研究和分析。探讨了动静载碎岩效果的区别,详细分析了影响冲击碎岩效果的因素中的冲击功和破碎比功,基于岩石破碎比功建立了破碎体积的解析计算模型,这一研究的开展对于冲击钻进技术应用质量的提升,起到了有效的促进作用。Damaging rock under impact load is one of the commonly used methods of rocking in drilling engineering. In order to reduce drill bit wear in hard and brittle rock formations and improve the impact of crushing rock efficiency ,in this paper, the theoretical model formula is studied and analyzed for the principle of rock fragmentation by dynamic load and the effect of impacting rock. This paper discusses the difference between the effect of rock fragmentation by dynamic and static loads, analyzes the impact energy and specific power of broken rock in the factors that affect the effect of impacting rock, and then establishes the analytical model of rock-breaking volume based on crushing work ratio. The research is carried out, which plays an effective role in promoting the improvement of application quality of impact drilling.
