摘  要:对硫化钴铜精矿进行正交试验和单因素实验,结果表明:优化的加压氧浸条件组合如下,反应温度210℃,反应时间150min,氧分压0.5MPa,液固比为6:1,初始pH为2,搅拌速度550rpm。在优化的浸出条件下,钴、铜的浸出率高达99%,而铁的浸出率低于3%,实现钴、铜选择性高效浸出,而铁进入浸出渣。The Pressure Oxygen Leaching(POX) process of cobalt/copper sulphide concentrate was studied by orthogonal experiments and single-factor experiments. Fist the optimum leaching conditions were determined to be low: leaching temperature of 210℃ , leaching time of 150 min, partial oxygen pressure of 0.5 MPa,iquid-to-solid ratio of 6:1, initial pH of 2, the agitation speed of 550 r/min. Under the optimized leaching condition, the leaching rate of cobalt/copper is over 99%, and the leaching rates of Fe is below 3%. The selectivity and highly effective dissolution of cobalt/copper are realized, the separation effect of cobalt/copper with impurity of iron.
