摘  要:探讨了阻燃纤维与棉混纺针织物的力学性能、舒适性能和燃烧性能.选用阻燃黏胶、阻燃腈纶和棉纤维,分别织制了3种不同混纺比的针织物,测试分析了织物的顶破、耐磨、保温、透气、透湿、导湿、吸放湿和燃烧性能.结果表明,纤维含量对织物顶破性能和透气性能的影响不大,棉纤维含量的增加使织物的耐磨性、保温性、透湿性、导湿性和阻燃性下降,吸放湿回潮率升高.因此,混纺比对阻燃黏胶/阻燃腈纶/棉混纺针织物主要性能的影响显著,可根据产品的用途选择适当的产品类型.The mechanical property, comfort property and flammability of flame-retardant fiber/cotton blended knitted fabric were discussed. Flame-retardant viscose fiber, flame-retardant acrylic fiber and cotton fiber were used to knit three kinds of knitted fabrics with different blending ratio. The fabric properties including bursting, abrasion resistance, heat preservation, air permeability, mois-ture permeability, moisture conductivity, moisture absorption and liberation, and flammability were tested and analyzed. The results show that the difference of fiber content has little effect on fabric bursting and air permeability property. With the increasing of cotton fiber content, the fabric abrasion resistance, heat preservation, moisture permeability, moisture conductivity, and flame-retardant prop-erty become worse,but moisture regain rate of moisture absorption and liberation increases. The blending ratio has obvious influence on the properties of flame-retardant viscose/flame-retardant acrylic/cotton blended knitted fabric, and the appropriate fabric type should be selected according to the product end use.
