急诊抢救非酒精性Wernicke脑病20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非酒精性Wernicke脑病的临床特点,以提高对该种脑病的认识。方法对20例非酒精性Wernicke脑病患者的相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经补充维生素B1治疗后,20例患者中,10例患者治愈;7例患者好转,但遗留不同的神经系统后遗症;2例患者死亡;1例胃癌术后复发患者放弃治疗。结论 Wernicke脑病起病隐匿,临床表现不典型且多样化,容易被漏诊及误诊,早期诊断、及时有效地补充维生素B1能有效改善此病预后。Objective To explore the clinical features, results of laboratory examinations and image manifestations of non-alco- holic Wernicke＇ s encephalopathy so as to update our knowledge of the disease for early diagnosis. Methods Clinical data of twenty patients with non-alcoholic Wernicke＇ s encephalopathy were analyzed retrospectively. Results After the supplement treatment with vi- tamin B1, ten patients were cured, seven got better but with different neurological sequelae, two died, and one gave up treatment fol- lowing recurrence of gastric cancer. Conclusions Non-alcoholic Wernicke＇ s encephalopathy is a disease with delitescent onset and complicated clinical manifestations so that misdiagnosis is not uncommon. Early diagnosis and timely supplement treatment with vitamin B1 can be the key to better prognosis.
