摘  要:学校变革过程的复杂性要求变革的当事人必须厘清其中的关键要素及重要关系,师师关系和师生关系是学校变革中最为关键的两对关系。师师关系要从当前的"表层共事者"走向"深层合作者",师生关系要从权威型、民主型走向独立型。这要求学校在变革中打造"三位一体"的理念内核和由内及外的路径群,实现师师与师生关系从"实然"向"应然"的转变。The complexity of school reform requires reformers to clarify the key elements and relationships, especially teacher-teacher relationships and teacher-student relationships, which are the most essential relationships in the process of reform. Teacher-teacher relationships should change from the current surface colleagues to the deep cooperators, and teacher-student relationship should change from authority and democracy to independence. To achieve the goal of reform, schools must forge the internal idea of trinity and the paths from internal to external, finally accomplishing the change in relationships from what actually is to what should be.
