基于FDI的安徽区域投资环境的多因素实证研究

摘　　要：区域投资的发展受到了投资的硬环境和软环境等很多因素的影响。在分析硬环境和软环境的基础上,结合安徽省的实际情况,从基础设施、经济环境和社会环境三个方面入手,建立了安徽省投资环境评价体系。对2004年到2015年共11年的数据进行了实证研究,得出了影响安徽省投资环境的关键因素,并给出了提升安徽区域投资环境质量的建议,如推进安徽省外贸企业的发展,优化出口;加大固定资产的投资,提升利用效率;加快安徽人才培养,提升科技服务水平等。The development of regional investment has been influenced by many factors, such as the hard environment and soft environment of investment. Based on the analysis of hard environment and soft environment as well as the reality of Anhui Province, the authors establish a system to evaluate the investment environment of Anhui Province from three aspects： infrastructure, economic conditions and social conditions. After an empirical study on the statistic data from 2004 to 2015, key factors which affect Anhui investment environment have been uncovered. Moreover, suggestions for improving the quality of Anhui regional investment environment are offered in this paper, such as promoting the development of Anhui’s foreign trade enterprises and optimizing export, increasing the investment of fixed assets to improve utility efficiency and accelerating Anhui’s talent cultivation so as to enhance science and technology service level, etc.
