摘　　要：我国的价格听证制度存在着听证规则滞后、缺乏监督机制、听证代表结构失调等问题,影响其功能的发挥。近年来的热门景区门票价格听证案例凸显了这些问题。完善符合我国国情的听证制度,需要强化制度建设、引入公众监督、完善配套机制。There exist some problems in China’s price hearing system, such as lag in hearing rule, lack of supervision mechanism, unreasonable structure of hearing representatives, etc., which hinder the system from fully displaying its function. Some ticket price hearing cases of China’s popular scenic spots in recent years have proved the plight. To optimize the hearing system to make it comply with China’s present situation, we should strengthen system construction, introduce public supervision and improve the supporting mechanism.
