摘 要:植物生长调节剂(PGR)属于农药范畴,无论是蓄意投毒、自杀、误服或者用其破坏生产安全、危害食品安全,均会使人民群众生命财产受到损失。因此,对植物生长调节剂的检测方法进行研究具有重要的意义。由于检材为生物样品,基质成分复杂,在进行分析检验前,需要对样品进行前处理。整个检验分析中前处理手段的选择直接关系到后续的检验鉴定精确度。本文对常见前处理手段的原理以及适用范围及其优缺点进行了具体阐述。综合选用几种前处理手段,能够显著提高样品中蛋白以及油脂等大分子杂质的去除率,达到分离效果好、灵敏度高的效果。Plant growth regulator (PGR), categorized as a kind of agricultural chemicals, could cause damages to peopled lives and properties when used for poisoning, suicide, misemploying or any other ways to jeopardize both the production and food safety. Therefore, it is very important to study the detection methods of PGR. PGR samples, mostly biological, needed to be pretreated before analysis due to their complex milieu. Different pretreatment choices are directly related to the analytic accuracy. In this paper, an introduction was made on some common pretreatment methods about their principles, application scope, advantages and disadvantages. In conclusion, a coalescence of several pretreatment choices can significantly strengthen the removal of protein, oily substances and other macromolecules from the tested sample, resulting in a very excellent outcome with good separation and high sensitivity.
