摘　　要：目的对多种治疗方法应用于恐惧性体位性眩晕的临床疗效对比分析。方法方便选取吉林医药学院附属医院神经内科2015年1月—2017年1月恐惧性体位性眩晕患者80例,经多中心采集、筛选项目病例80例分为四组(A、B、C、D 4组),A组20例患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪,B组20例患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪基础上加用抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,C组20例患者在口服氟桂利嗪基础上加用认知行为治疗,D组20例患者联合这3种治疗方式,观察四组患者的治疗有效率。结果 D组患者的总有效率达到了95%,而A、B、C 3组总有效率分别为65%、65%、75%,D组患者的治疗效果高于其余3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基础药物联合抗抑郁药在采用心理干预疗效最佳。Objective Various treatment me applied in fear of orthostatic dizziness compared the clinical efficacy.Methods Convenient selection of Jilin medical college affiliated hospital neurology in January 2015 to January 2017 80 patients with fear of orthostatic dizziness,the polycentric collection and screening of cases to you it is divided into four groups(ABCD four groups),20 cases of patients with oral flunarizine hydrochloride group A,group B on the basis of 20 cases of patients with oral flunarizine hydrochloride used antidepressants fluorine pp thiamethoxam tons of beauty Qu Xin piece,group C 20 patients on the basis of oral flunarizine combined with cognitive behavior therapy,group D 20 patients that A combination of three treatments,observe the treatment of patients with four groups of efficiency.Results The group D patients the total effective rate reached 95%,ABC three group total effective rate were 65%,65% by 75%.the group D patients cure rate is higher than the other three groups,The differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Basic joint antidepressant drugs in the psychological intervention curative effect is best.
