内眦赘皮联合采用改良Z形内眦开大术与重睑成形术进行矫正的方法及效果探讨

摘　　要：目的对内眦赘皮联合采用改良Z形内眦开大术与重睑成形术进行矫正的方法和效果进行分析。方法选择在2015年3月—2016年7月期间来该院接受治疗的80例内眦赘皮患者作为该次研究对象,采用改良Z形内眦开大术联合重睑成形术对患者进行治疗,对患者治疗后的效果进行3个月~1年的随访观察。结果手术后,3个月~1年的随访观察,75例患者的内眦赘皮完全矫正,眼裂明显增大,术后效果理想,其余5例在内眦处出现些部分痕增生,使用外用药物治疗2~5个月后,瘢痕完全消失。结论内眦赘皮采用改良Z形内眦开大术联合重睑成形术进行矫正的方法,术后出现瘢痕的概率较少,即使出现部分瘢痕也并不明显,矫正效果非常理想,提高了重睑成形术后的整体美感,值得应用推广。Objective Analysis of epicanthus combined with modified Z epicanthoplasty with blepharoplasty method and effect correction.Methods During the period from March 2015 to July 2016,the epicanthus patients in our hospital treated a total of 80 cases,as the research object,using a modified Z epicanthoplasty combined with double eyelid plasty for the treatment of patients,to observe the efficacy of patients after treatment for 3 months to 1 years follow-up.Results after surgery,observation of 3 months to one year of follow-up,75 cases of patients with epicanthus was corrected,eye fissure increased significantly,postoperative effect is ideal,the remaining 5 cases of canthus appear at some parts of scar hyperplasia,for 2 to 5 months after the use of topical drugs,scar disappear completely.Conclusion epicanthus with modified Z epicanthoplasty combined with double eyelid plasty correction method,the probability of less scar after operation,even if the scar is not obvious,the correction effect is very ideal,improve the overall beauty of double eyelid surgery,it is worthy of application and promotion.
