波依定与银杏叶联合方案应用于老年高血压中的临床疗效刍议

摘　　要：目的探讨波依定与银杏叶联合方案应用于老年高血压中的临床疗效。方法该研究开展时间为2015年10月—2016年10月,方便选取该院收治的110例老年高血压患者,随机分组为观察组和对照组,男女各为65、45例,对照组给予银杏叶片口服治疗,观察组在银杏叶的治疗基础上,加上服用波依定口服,观察比较两组患者治疗效果、血压水平、血清C反应蛋白水平、内皮素水平、IL-6水平和不良反应发生率。结果 (1)与对照组(72.73%)对比,观察组临床有效率(96.36%)明显更高,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组对比,观察组治疗后SBP(129.91±3.30)mmHg、DBP(75.55±3.35)mmHg、CRP(1.63±1.35)mg/L,ET(15.5±3.3)μg/mL、IL-6(45.55±5.55)pg/L明显更低,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,观察组SBP、DBP、CRP、ET、IL-6明显降低,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论波依定与银杏叶联合方案应用于老年高血压中的临床疗效显著,能够有效地保护患者的靶器官受损,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Plendil and Ginkgo biloba combination scheme is applied to the elderly hypertension.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,110 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets oral treatment,observation and treatment group in Ginkgo leaves,and taking the oral Boyd,observe and compare the effect of two groups of patients,the level of blood pressure and the level of serum C reactive protein and endothelin levels,IL-6 levels and the incidence of adverse reaction.Results(1)Compared with control group(72.73%),the clinical efficient(96.36%)of the observation group was obviously higher,data comparison differences statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Compared with control group,the observation group after treatment SBP(129.91±3.30)mmHg,DBP(75.55±3.35)mmHg and CRP(1.63±1.35)mg/L,ET(5.5±3.3)μg/L,IL-6(45.55±5.55)pg/L significantly lower,data comparison differences statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the observation group of SBP,DBP,CRP significantly lower,ET,IL-6,data comparison differences statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)two groups of patients with no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions,not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion the clinical efficacy of Plendil and Ginkgo biloba combination scheme is applied to elderly hypertension significantly,can effectively protect the target organ damage in patients that has the value of clinical application.
