中医辨证治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癫临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察中医辨证治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癫的临床疗效。方法整群选取吉林省人民医院在2015年8月—2016年8月收治的54例原发性血小板减少性紫癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)患者,采取中医辨证分型,分为热盛迫血、阴虚火旺、气不统血、脾肾阳虚4型,给予中医辨证治疗,并观察患者临床疗效。结果临床治愈率为43(79.63%),总有效率为54(100.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜临床疗效显著,且不良反应较低,治愈后不易复发,有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of TCM treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura clinical curative effect.Methods Group selection 54 cases in the Cancer Hospital of Jilin Province from 2015 to 2016 year in August from idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(idiopathic thrombocytopenic,purpura,ITP) were taken,TCM syndrome type,divided into heat forcing blood,Yin Huo Wang,gas is not the blood,spleen kidney yang deficiency type four,given TCM treatment,and to observe the clinical curative effect of the patients.Results the clinical cure rate was 43(79.63%),the total effective rate was 54(100.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of primary thrombocytopenic purpura clinical curative effect is obvious,and the side effect is low,not easy to relapse after cure,help to improve the quality of life of patients.
