摘　　要："文学治疗"在灾难过后治疗对象的心理健康重建过程中起到一定的作用,"文学治疗"作为一种辅助性的精神治疗方法,主要包括文学阅读、文学评论、文学创作等三种实现途径,从治疗对象上来说,主要包括创作者与读者(评论者),如何进入治疗对象的具体情境是非常重要的一个问题。在文学叙事中,要注意回归治疗对象的具体场景,这些场景涉及治疗对象所遇之境况,也涉及其社会关系,尤其是历史文化、习俗等背景因素。文学治疗的文本确定在文学治疗的过程中起着关键作用。文学治疗文本的主题应积极向上并且符合对象的历史文化背景。文学治疗具体文本的确定及实现途径则主要包括同感共情、方法出路、隐喻形式、多元参与等四个方面。Psychological reconstruction is an important content of adolescent services after disaster, and an impor-tant content in post-disaster reconstruction in various disaster-hit countries and regions. Literature therapy, as an auxiliary therapeutic means of psychological reconstruction, plays a positive role in post-disaster reconstruction, whose main approaches include literature reading, literary criticism, literary creation and other three kinds of ap-proaches. In literary narrative, attention should be paid to specific scenes of psychological treatment. These scenes are related to the circumstances of the recipients of psychological reconstruction, including their social relations, es-pecially historical culture, customs and other background factors. Literary text selected with care plays a key role in the process of literary therapy. The main dimensions of ascertaining literary texts and realizing the purpose of liter-ary therapy include four aspects, namely, empathy, methodology, metaphor and multi participation.
