摘 要:目的探究孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染后持续性咳嗽的疗效及对尿白三烯的影响。方法选取肺炎支原体感染后持续性咳嗽患儿215例,按照就诊顺序分为两组,对照组患儿107例,运用希舒美(阿奇霉素干混悬剂)治疗,观察组患儿108例,在对照组的基础上加用顺尔宁(孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片)治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效及尿白三烯水平的差异性。结果观察组患儿中,共7例患儿无效(6.48%),临床有效率为93.52%,对照组患儿中,16例患儿无效(14.95%),临床有效率为85.05%,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿咳嗽评分及尿白三烯水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患儿咳嗽评分及尿白三烯水优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05));观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、咳喘等临床症状消失的时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论顺尔宁可明显改善肺炎支原体感染后持续性咳嗽患儿的临床症状,提高临床有效率。Objective To explore the curative effect of Montelukast sodium chewable tablets in treatment of children with continuous cough after mycoplasma pneumonia infection and its impact on urinary leukotriene. Methods 215 children with continuous cough after mycoplasma pneumonia infection were selected and divided into two groups according to admission order. The control group (107 cases) was given Zithromax ( azithromycin dry mixed suspension) treatment, and the observation group (108 cases) was treated with Singulair (montelukast sodium chew- able tablets) on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and urinary leukotriene difference were analyzed. Results There were 7 ineffective cases in the observation group (6.48%),and the clinical efficiency was93. 52%. There were 16 ineffective cases in the control group (14.95%),and the clinical effective rate was 85. 05% . The difference between the two groups was significant (P 〈0. 05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in cough score and urinary leukotriene level between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ) . After treatment, they decreased more significantly in the observation group than in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The time of fever, cough, cough and other symptoms disappeared was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Montelukast treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and efficacy of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection after persistent cough in children with clinical symptoms of children with continuous cough after mycoplasma pneumonia infection.
