中药外敷贴治疗风寒湿型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：选取寻甸县中医院2014年2月~2015年12月期间46例颈椎病患者,分为治疗组和对照组各23例,对照组给予传统针灸推拿治疗,治疗组在针灸推拿治疗基础上给予中药外敷贴结合超导离子靶向导入治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果表明,治疗组总有效率为91.3%,显著高于对照组的82.6%.中药外敷贴结合超导离子靶向导入治疗能明显提高颈椎病的临床治疗效果,有效缓解颈椎病患者的疼痛、麻木和头晕等临床症状.Forty-six cases of cervical spondylosis from Xundian County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during February 2014 to December 2015 were divided into treatment group and control group （n=23） . The control group received traditional acupuncture and massage therapy ; while the treatment group, based on the acupuncture and massage therapy, was given traditional Chinese medicine ex-ternal application combined with ion superconducting target wizard into therapeutic apparatus treatment to compare the clinical curative effect of them. The result showed that the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.3% , significantly higher than that of the control group 82. 6%. Traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with ion superconducting target wizard into therapeutic appa-atus treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis, effectively alleviate the pain, numbness, dizziness and other clinical symptoms.
